What is Robinsons Rewards?

Robinsons Rewards is a loyalty program where members can earn and redeem rewards points through purchases from Toys"R"Us and other participating Robinsons stores such as; Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Appliances, Handyman, True Value, Daiso Japan, Top Shop and more.

Who can apply for a Robinsons Rewards Card?

All legitimate Philippine residents with a valid government issued ID or Barangay Certificate are qualified to join. For those below 18 years old and at least 15 years of age, a School ID may be presented with consent of parent or legal guardian.

How do I become a Robinsons Rewards Member?

There are two ways to register to Robinsons Rewards.

For the Robinsons Rewards Mobile App:

1. Download the Robinsons Rewards app in Google Playstore or App Store.
2. Fill up the registration form.
3. Verify your contact number through an OTP.

For the Robinsons Rewards Card:

1. Buy a Robinsons Rewards Application Kit at the Customer Service/Cashier of participating Robinsons stores for only Php 100.
2. Fill out and submit the application form at the Customer Service Counter/Cashier.
3. Receive your Robinsons Rewards Card.

Can I use my points to pay the renewal fee?

Yes, points may be used to pay the Php 100 renewal fee. Just inform the cashier that you want to use your points to pay. 

1 Robinsons Rewards Point = Php 1

In case your points are not sufficientnto pay for the full amount, you may use other payment options to pay for the remaining fee. 

How do I earn points?

Present your Robinsons Rewards Card to the cashier upon every purchase to earn points. No card, no points earned. Every peso counts, no purchase is wasted. The card member earns the equivalent point based on the amount purchased.

All purchases made at participating Robinsons stores can earn Robinsons Rewards points except for the following:

• Items with wholesale or corporate discounts
• Purchases made using Robinsons Rewards points
• Purchase of Robinsons Gift Certificates
• Business Center payment transactions
• Purchase of Robinsons Rewards Membership Application Kit
• Non-merchandise transactions (i.e. gift wrapping, customer deposit, foreign exchange, Loyalty Card fees)

How can I keep track of my points?

Check your points through:

1. Robinsons Rewards Card website: www.robinsonsrewards.com.ph by registering your existing Robinsons Rewards Card
2. Store transaction receipt
3. Cashier Counter of participating Robinsons store
4. E-mail Robinsons Rewards Customer Service at customercare@robinsonsrewards.com.ph

How do I redeem points?

• Present a valid ID and your Robinsons Rewards Card to use your points to pay for your transaction at participating Robinsons stores and partner establishments.
• Robinsons Rewards Points may be used to pay for any product at Robinsons stores except for purchases of Gift Certificate and other items or services excluded from redemption.
• 1 Robinsons Rewards Points = 1 Php
• Redeemed Robinsons Rewards Points cannot be cancelled.

Will my Robinsons Rewards Membership expire?

Your membership will become inactive if you do not have at least one (1) transaction at any Robinsons Rewards partners for the last twelve (12) consecutive months. 

What is Robinsons Rewards Mobile App?

The Robinsons Rewards Mobile App is a new channel that you can install in your mobile device. It has the same functionality as the Robinsons Rewards Card where members can use to earn and redeem rewards points and avail coupons exclusive to members.

What should I do if I have an existing Robinsons Rewards Card and downloaded the Mobile App in my device?

You can link your Robinsons Rewards Card when you register, just click “Link card” and scan the barcode located at the back.

Can I link a Robinsons Rewards Card owned by another person?

No, you can only link the Robinsons Rewards Card registered under your name.

If I lost my Robinsons Rewards Card and I’m registered to the Mobile App, do I still have to deactivate my Robinsons Rewards Card?

Yes, you must report to Robinsons Rewards Customer Care about the lost card.

What if I lose or damage my Robinsons Rewards Card?

Lost card:

• Present an Affidavit of Loss  and one (1) valid ID, pay the replacement fee of Php 100 using cash, any credit/debit card or Robinsons Rewards and fill out and submit the application form.
• Remaining points will then be transferred to the new card.

Damaged card:

• Present one (1) valid ID, surrender the damaged card, pay the replacement fee of Php 100 using cash, any credit/debit card or Robinsons Rewards and fill out and submit the application form.
• Remaining points will then be transferred to the new card.

Can I link my Robinsons Rewards Card to the Mobile App even if I just applied as a member?

Yes, as a new member, you can link your Robinsons Rewards Card to the mobile app after your member profile has been loaded to the Robinsons Rewards system. The turnaround time is 30 days from the date of application.

Can I link my Robinsons Rewards Card to the Mobile App even if I just applied for card renewal?

Yes, as a member who just applied for renewal, you can link your Robinsons Rewards Card after the member profile has been loaded in the Robinsons Rewards system. The turnaround time is 30 days from the date of renewal.

Can I change or update my full name upon linking of Robinsons Rewards Card to the Mobile App?

No, if your full name does not match the existing name in the system, card linking will not be successful. You must contact our Customer Care to update your account prior to card linking.

How do I update my personal membership information?

Click “My Profile” then go to “Member Profile” to update your personal information. You need to have a mobile internet or Wi-Fi connection to update your personal information.

Can I log-in to Robinsons Rewards Mobile App using another mobile device?

Yes, you may log-in to multiple mobile device as long as you are using the same log-in credentials that you registered.
